edit: oh, without losing lbm. in that case, 3 days no sleep with a ton of amphetamines and maybe 1000 calories for all of it. ran a ton of DHT shit. also ran T3 to make sure TSH didn't lower in response to sleep deprivation. only thing I was missing was some kind of GH agent and anti-cortisol agent to maximize its effectiveness. however, the health effects were pretty visible: I thought I was losing hair due to DHT, which freaked me out, because up to this point I've never known myself to have the MPB gene or any vulnerability to DHT sides. turns out it was because strong TSH + no calories + sleep deprivation can make your hair so brittle that it falls out. oops. toward the end of the 3rd day I had auditory hallucinations. anyway, don't do this.
