Do your loading phase then Take twice a day 2 scoops-taking after a hard work out is essential. Some people do more scoops, but I want my product to last. If you want the best value and can afford it try and buy the 6kg tub. If you train hard and eat right this product is for you. I've got the urge to work out every day now and stay on the taste is a big factor for you like me, then this is for you. Nice with water or milk.
